Refund Policy
1. Returns
Unopened and undamaged stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight to our address at Unit 2, 12 Prince Hussein Street, Magna Via, Polokwane.
2. Handling Fees
All returned items are subject to a standard handling and restocking fee to cover administrative and warehouse processing costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, custom-ordered goods, or items that have been used, altered, or partially installed cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Refund Processing
Once returned items pass warehouse inspection, approved refunds will be issued back via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the customer’s designated bank account within 7 to 10 business days.
