Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch and Delivery
We deliver goods across designated regions in South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination address of the order.
2. Site Access and Receiving
- Deliveries are made to the primary offloading access point or kerbside at the provided address.
- The customer must ensure the delivery site is accessible for standard freight and transport vehicles.
3. Delivery Inspection
All items must be thoroughly inspected upon arrival before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any shortages, discrepancies, or transit damages must be noted on the driver’s delivery documentation and reported to admin@wadatile.co.za or +27 15 250 5190 within 48 hours of receipt.
